My brain is a fountain of magnificence, overflowing with ideas just begging to be unleashed on the world. Unfortunately, the only thing flowing more freely than my brilliance is my sweat whenever I try to translate those thoughts into actual words.
Penning everyday stuff (you know, the non-instruction-manual kind) feels like trying to herd cats in roller skates. My sentences meander like a lost tourist, and my attempts at humor land with the grace of a drunken penguin on ice.
But hey, a dreamer can dream (and write truly awful first drafts)! So, here I am, bravely facing the blank page each day, hoping that someday my words will emerge as something resembling witty and wonderful, instead of weird and word-vomity.
