  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

  • Infringing upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

  • Hacking, tampering with, or imposing an unreasonable load on Zetastreams.com.

Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to use any Zetastreams intellectual property without express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions that should, by their nature, survive termination shall survive termination.

1.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan for the resolution of any disputes.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Scope

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for digital products, subscriptions, and services ("Products") purchased directly from Zetastreams.com.

3.2 Eligibility for Refund

  • Defective Product: A full refund may be issued if the core functionality of the Product you purchased is proven to be completely non-functional or unavailable for a continuous period of 90 business days or more due to a verifiable issue solely caused by Zetastreams.

  • Subscription Initial Period: For new subscriptions, you may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel and submit a request within the first 7days of the initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service (as determined by Zetastreams).

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Partial/Pro-rated Service Use: No refunds are given for any partial subscription period already paid, except as defined in Section 3.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • User-Side Issues: Inability to use the Product due to technical issues on the user's side (e.g., device incompatibility, slow internet connection) is not grounds for a refund.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds based on a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

3.4 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at mjoseph@zetastream.com within the eligible timeframe, providing the following:

  1. Order or Transaction ID.

  2. Date of Purchase.

  3. A clear and detailed explanation of the defect or issue that makes you eligible under Section 3.2.

3.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 12 - 17 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that the time required for the funds to post to your account is subject to your bank or payment processor's policies.
